How to order from Limelight website?

Limelight offers free delivery on orders over Rs. 999 within Pakistan. You can order from Limelight online store without creating an account and can place an order with a guest checkout. Just add your favorite products into the cart and click on the check-out button. Once you place the order, you will receive a verification call or SMS from Limelight Customer Service for verification. Once the order is verified, it will be dispatched within 1-2 working days and will be delivered to your address within 4-5 working days.

How to Make a Limelight Returns?

You can only return, if you received a defect, incorrect size or damaged item.
1- Contact Limelight for return approval.
2- After approval of return, pack the items in the original packaging.
3- Post the item to Limelight with relevant courier service.
4- Remember to keep the postage slip for record.

How to exchange purchased items?

Items purchased from online stores can be sent back for exchange at their outlet within 7 days of purchase. Items should be in original packing with product tags. You must have the original invoice of the item at the time of exchange.
Sale items cannot be exchanged / replaced.
