Cancellations and Return Policies at Khaadi

Please note that Khaadi has no return policy at all, buyers are required to measure each and everything before buying the item. If you received a faulty item, it can be exchanged from any of Khaadi regular stores within the 30 days from the date of purchase. They only refund the item cost, if the item is delivered faulty and defective (Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable).

Can I modify an Order after placing it?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, changes to the order cannot be made. You may, however, cancel your Order and place a new one if it has not yet been processed.

For online purchases, there isn't a gift card option available right now. gift cards are redeemable in Khaadi physical stores.

When will I receive my refund after Order cancellation?
Within 10 days of the cancellation of the Order, you will receive a refund into the bank account if payments made with a credit or debit card.

What should I do if I have received a defected / wrong product or quantity?
