You can only return, if you received a defect, incorrect size or damaged item.

2- After approval of return, pack the items in the original packaging.
3- Post the item to Limelight with relevant courier service.
4- Remember to keep the postage slip for record.

How to exchange purchased items?

For online purchases, the option for exchange is available by returning items to the physical outlet within 7 days of the original purchase. To facilitate the exchange process, it is essential that the items are returned in their original packaging, accompanied by the product tags intact. Additionally, customers are required to present the original invoice of the item at the time of exchange.
