Q. Does Warda deliver?
A. Yes, Warda offers a couple of delivery options. You can enjoy free shipping nationwide on orders over Rs. 1500.
Q. Can I cancel my Warda order?
A. Yes, but you may not cancel the order once the order is processed.
Q. Are Warda returns free?
A. No, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of your item.
Q. Is there a Warda student discount?
A. No, currently Warda is not offering student discount

How to order from Warda website?
Warda offers free shipping nationwide on the orders of minimum Rs. 1,500 worth. If you want to order online from Warda website, you can register as a new customer or check-out as a guest. Simply add your favorite products into the cart and click on the check-out button. After placing an order, you will receive a verification call or SMS from Warda Customer Service for confirmation. Once your order has been confirmed, it will take 2- 4 business days to deliver to your address.

Warda – Accepted Payment Methods
You can pay with your visa debit/credit card or through your bank (only HBL and MCB). They also offer cash on delivery.

How to Make a Warda Returns?
You can only return manufacturing defects, incorrect size / style or damaged delivered item.
1- Contact Warda for return approval.
2- If the return request is approved, pack the items in the original packaging.
3- Post the item to Warda with relevant courier service.
4- Remember to keep the postage slip until you have received your refund/replacement.

How to exchange purchased items?
Items purchased from Warda website can be exchanged from Warda website or Retail Outlets within 15 days from the date of purchase. Invoice / bill number must be shown at the time of exchange.
Sale items cannot be exchanged / replaced.
